He also gave the opening address, which was well received by all participants as well as the Nigerian media.

The Dangote Foundation and representatives of various Nigerian Ministers, as well as members of the Dangote Family, presented the awards personally to the CEOs for the top five brands in the wheat, edible oil and sugar industries.
